This life is yours. Yours to own, and direct and live. There aren’t always clear paths and sometimes there aren’t directions, but it’s still all yours.

You can shape it re-shape it and alter it as often as you want.

Sometimes people don’t know what they want or they feel stuck or like they have no “next step” to take. This is when coaching can be helpful.

Today there was a great article in the Boston Globe about coaching and how coaching is being used, and viewed, in the world. It’s a tool- which can work great for those that want/need a tool to help them move forward with life.
