Just because you don’t name the direction, doesn’t mean that you aren’t going in one…

SYI was created to encourage and inspire people to say, “yes,” to taking control and owning the direction of their lives,
both personally and professionally, through workshops/training and coaching.

About SYI

What is the SYI?
The Say Yes Institute is focused on supporting people to grow, personally and professionally, in order for people to fully live the life that they want to live. Through workshops, training and coaching, SYI provides participants with the opportunity to develop skills, strategies and insights which contribute to powerful movement and growth.

Why did you create the SYI?

We both have had the privilege of working with people of all ages, from the classroom to the conference room, in a range of roles, from counselor, to teacher, to director, to trainer….and we began to see a lot of commonalities in experiences. Too many people expressed feeling like they weren’t clear on what they wanted, and didn’t feel in charge of their lives, and the direction that they were heading.

This was concerning, because if you don’t know what you want, how are you ever going to get it? And, if YOU aren’t in charge of where your life is going, then who is?
We wanted to provide the opportunity for people (that were interested!) to figure out personally AND professionally, what they wanted, why they wanted it and how they were going to go about getting it.
