We spend so much of our lives living in what might happen (worry or anticipation…)…
or what already happened (regret or nostalgia…)…
Neither state does anything for us, does it?
We’re consumed by what could happen (but might not happen),
or what has happened (and we can’t change it.).
What a waste of energy that is!
What would happen if we let this moment get the spotlight?
What would happen if we just stayed right here, right now?
How would it feel to just breathe…
