Say Yes Institute

About This Project

What is the SYI?

The Say Yes Institute is focused on supporting people to grow, personally and professionally, in order for people to fully live the life that they want to live. Through workshops, training and coaching, SYI provides participants with the opportunity to develop skills, strategies and insights which contribute to powerful movement and growth.

Why was SYI created?

Having the privilege of working with people of all ages, from the classroom to the conference room, in a range of roles (counselor, teacher, director, trainer)it became obvious that there were a lot of commonalities in experiences. Many people talked about feeling like they weren’t happy, or that they were waiting for something to happen in life that would finally make them feel like they had succeeded. Over and over people identified that they had struggles in their relationships (personal and professional) and that they didn’t feel like they were successful with “people skills.”

SYI was created because it became clear that there was an opportunity to work with people to develop tools that would help them figure out, personally AND professionally, what they wanted and how they were going to get it!

Since launching SYI, all of the growth and expansion has been through word of mouth. For that, a HUGE thank you to all of our clients! It is a privilege to be able to provide a service that is deemed to have so much value, and we are grateful that you are sharing your experiences with others!  Thank You!

Feedback

“If you ever found yourself rolling your eyes at the mention of a “motivational speaker over lunch” you have never heard Carrie Stack. I had never heard of Carrie and had no intention of staying to listen to her luncheon speech a month ago at a national conference, but when she started to speak all it took was about 20 seconds to be hooked! By the time I got to the door of the ballroom hoping to sneak out, she had me intrigued and within a minute I knew I had to hear what she had to say. She had the audience enthralled and my full attention! We have all heard the message before: if we don’t take care of ourselves, we cannot take care of anyone else. Carrie delivers the time-honored message in a way that reaches the audience; it sounds honest; it sounds doable. She charges her listeners with energy, with the feeling that, finally, we understand what we need to do. If you have never heard Carrie Stack speak, you owe it to yourself and to your organization to invite her to spend some time with you and your colleagues. You will be glad you did.”
