Delaying.
Procrastinating.
Fearing.

Have you ever met someone that seems to spend
an inordinate amount of time invested in the negative?
Do YOU spend too much time there?

If we were to really focus on the fact that how we spend our time,
is how we spend our LIVES,
would we stay so long in a negative space?

Think about how much time you spend being upset, angry, frustrated, or unhappy….
How much of your life are you handing over to a negative state of mind?
A few minutes a day?
A few hours a day?
Most of your day?

Is it worth it?

Think about how do you want to spend your life…
And, once you get clear on that,
be really thoughtful, every single day, about how you spend your time!
