Thoughts and things…

Over the years I have been asked many times, in different ways, what I wished people knew, or did differently, or would remember. As a trainer and a coach I recognize that it’s not up to me to control someone else’s journey, because people are here to grow and learn and evolve on their own timetable. But, with that being said, there certainly are things that I hold as my secret wish, or dream, or fantasy about what could make daily life better, for all of us.
There are many, many things that “I wish people knew.”
In no particular order of importance, I will share them with you in the hopes that maybe it could be something useful for you to know, remember, or share.
